Management/ Marketing qualification.
Further studies in Business Administration or related field.
Leadership and human resources management skills.
Previous experience with Inventory Management.
Sales skills and experience.
Strong admin skills essential.
Interest in and ability to learn about electronic products.
Experience in the electric fence industry.
Experience in the electronic industry.
Experience with security and automation systems.
Requirements:
Proven Management experience (3+ years) as a Branch Manager or similar role
Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practises
Ability to meet sales targets and/or production goals
Familiarity with industry’s rules and regulations
Excellent organizational skills
Results driven and customer focused
Driver’s licence.
Prepared to work some Saturdays.
Intermediate IT literacy.

Reliable person with good organisational. Communication and administrative skills
