Job Purpose:
To provide efficient and professional counter sales service to customers by assisting with product enquiries, processing sales transactions, and ensuring accurate product information and stock availability, while maintaining excellent customer service and supporting the overall sales objectives of the company
The following will be an advantage:
- 1-3 years Sales skills and experience.
- Strong admin skills essential.
- Interest in and ability to learn about electronic products.
- Experience in the electric fence industry.
- Experience in the electronic industry.
- Experience with security and automation systems.
- An interest in serving people and a cheerful, helpful attitude.
Minimum Requirements:
- Strong Technical Aptitude.
- Driver’s licence.
- Prepared to work some Saturdays.
- Intermediate IT literacy.
- Good communication skills.
- Honest, reliable, and punctual.
Personality Profile
- Organised, honest and reliable.
- People person with a talent for customer care.
- Strong work ethic.
- Excellent selling skills.
- Meticulous attention to administrative detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
